Chili lime Roasted Veggies are an amazing summer side! 🍽Throw them on the grill or in the oven at 425 for 20min.
1 bunch of Asparagus(or use my bend and snap method!)
2 Tbsp Extra Virgin Olive oil
1 1/2tsp (or to taste) Himalayan Pink Salt
2tsp (or to taste) Chili lime seasoning
1. Fire up the grill and use a veggie tray or Preheat oven at 425 and use a jelly-roll pan with foil.
2. Chop all 3 Zucchini’s and put all of the zucchini into a large bowl and drizzle EVOO, sprinkle 1tsp of Himalayan salt and 1tsp of Chili Lime seasoning and toss until coated, layer on pan.
3. Chop or use my bend and snap method on Asparagus and put all of the asparagus into a large bowl and drizzle EVOO, sprinkle 1/2 tsp of Himalayan salt and 1 tsp of Chili Lime seasoning and toss until coated, layer on pan.
Bake in oven for 20min
Veggies should be tender and taste amazing! Enjoy! It was my side for Grilled salmon tonight!
